Served six years as a quasi-judicial, mayoral appointed public official—deliberating variance, land-use and zoning matters culminating in election and subsequent re-election as chairman.

NORTHEAST FLORIDA BUILDERS ASSOCIATION, PAST PRESIDENT

Climbed ranks of Florida's largest builders association (1,200 members) to serve on executive board and then as president, overseeing the organization's diverse concerns from regulatory to philanthropic. (2019 - 2022)

Joshua Garrison has spent his career in the construction and real-estate sector—from Florida summers in the trenches near the foundation of Miranda Contracting, to presiding over the same enterprise since 2013.

“The goal was to improve the livelihood and conditions of the hard-working families in our firm, including our own, all while building projects and a brand that we could esteem.”

With this mission of the Garrison family firmly accomplished, the decision was made to bring this venture to an end to enter new chapters and pursuits.

Joshua is ecstatic to enter this next phase of professional endeavor, seeking and cultivating profitable outcomes in the marketplace. He places an emphasis upon transparency, fair-dealing, and the will to face challenges to achieve organizational objectives.

Garrison graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Florida with a global entrepreneurship MBA (2013), as well as Masters of International Affairs from EBS London/Paris.

He resides in Jacksonville, Florida and his outside interests include health, wellness, woodworking, boating, faith, and surfing.
